Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 15th 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Atria Club LLC collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information through the AtriaClub platform ("Platform"), for both Club members using the Platform and visitors to this website.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to personal information collected through the Platform, including the public website and the authenticated member and staff experiences, across all Clubs using AtriaClub.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account and identity information (name, contact details, household relationships) provided by you or your Club.
  • Billing and transaction information related to Club charges.
  • Reservation, event, and Concierge communication activity.
  • Mobile phone number and SMS communication preferences, if you opt in.
  • Website usage information from visitors (e.g., pages viewed), and information submitted through the demo-request form (name, email, club name, message).

3. How We Use Information

To operate Club services on behalf of the Club (as processor/service provider), respond to your requests, process billing, facilitate reservations and events, and, only where you have opted in, send SMS communications about your account, reservations, billing, and Club events. Demo-request information is used solely to respond to your inquiry about the Platform.

4. SMS Communications

If you opt in, you may receive text messages regarding your account, reservations, billing, and Club events. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel at any time. SMS consent is never shared for third-party marketing and is not a condition of membership or Platform access. We do not share your mobile phone number with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

5. No Sale of Personal Information

Atria Club LLC does not sell personal information, as "sale" is defined under applicable law (a transfer for monetary consideration). We do not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. Information Sharing

We share information with service providers who help operate the Platform (e.g., payment processing, messaging delivery, cloud hosting) under contractual confidentiality and use restrictions, with the Club on whose behalf we process member data, and as required by law.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@atria-club.com. If we decline a request, you may appeal by contacting us at the same address; we will respond to appeals within 60 days. If your appeal is denied, you may contact your state Attorney General's office.

8. Data Security

We use technical safeguards including field-level encryption for sensitive member data and role-based access controls to protect personal information.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Platform to the applicable Club and to comply with legal, accounting, or reporting obligations, after which it is deleted or de-identified.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law.
